Veneto is one of the most economically developed regions of Italy and it also offers a variety of touristic attractions and artistic treasures.

Veneto region is particularly appreciated for its unique cultural and artistic offerings and for the extraordinary landscape, from the Dolomites to the Venetian lagoon.

VERONA, the city of love, invites you to have a romantic walk through the places of the famous tragedy of Romeo & Juliet, not far away from Piazza Bra where you can find the third-biggest Roman amphitheatre in Italy, so called Arena of Verona. The fresco cycle of the the Scrovegni Chapel in PADOVA, one of the absolute masterpieces of Giotto, is as stunning the villas and the venetian palaces designed by architect Andrea Palladio, scattered along the river Brenta up to VICENZA. The Palladian Villas are part of the World Heritage List of UNESCO.  These countryside estates were built starting from the 15th century of commissioned by the most important local families, especially aristocrats but also of the high bourgeoisie of the Venetian Republic. Villa Contarni, one of the biggest, Villa Manin, Foscari, Emo and Villa Pisani with its famous maze. Beautiful frescos of the Basilica of San Marco in VENEZIA, Palazzo Ducale, Peggy Guggenheim's Museum, the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Scuola Grande of San Rocco and the Basilica dei Frari, Canal Grande. 

And finally, our wonderful pearl: the town of CONEGLIANO. 
Conegliano is attractive historical town that lies in the Prosecco wine-producing area with the town of Valdobbiadene, close to the foothills of the Alps and it is also a member of Città del Vino, a national wine association.
Conegliano is the birthplace of the famous artist Giambattista Cima and this town is particularly appreciated for its architectural and artistic heritage. The well-preserved remains of the medival castle are situated on the hill that dominates the town with its Bell Tower that houses the City Museum. 
The Cathedral and the frescos of its facade, the hall of the Battuti represent the religious and historical spirit of the city. The church houses also a remarkable works of art: the altar executed by Giambattista Cima that depicts "Madonna col Bambino e Angeli" the Madonna and Child and Angels. The ancient Great Contrada, now Via XX Settembre is the centrepiece of the elegance of the Renaissance Conegliano, with the row of stately halls rich in frescoes and decorations carved stone. Among the most beautiful ancient pawnshop, Palazzo Sarcinelli House Longega. Top of the square facing the Town Hall, the Theatre Academy, the mid-nineteenth century, and Palazzo from Neck, century building in which is incorporated the oratory of the Assumption.

History, tradition and gastronomy are the focus of the cultural events taking place in Conegliano. If you choose to visit Conegliano in June, you will experience the spectacular game of Dama and admire splendid Renaissance costumes. In August, the “Calici di stelle” event offers the unique opportunity to taste local products in the beautiful castle setting.
Another way to discover this fascinating territory is the "Strada del Prosecco e Vini dei Colli Conegliano-Valdobbiadene", Italy's first oenological itinerary able to enhance the entire district, its different viticulture landscapes enjoying views and landscapes of true beauty and great charm, along with the medieval legacies of hermitages, churches and traces of typical rural and religious life, scattered through the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Have a toast together with your friends and visit the cellars. It will be a sparkling experience!

On July 7th in Boku, the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene were declared the 55th Italian site on the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE LIST.
